Priya Thapar is a dual qualified lawyer with over 15 years' experience advising UK and international organisations across litigation, arbitration, corporate and commercial law, data protection and privacy, and intellectual property. She has held senior positions at leading UK law firms, including experience at a top-tier London practice recognised consistently among the country's leading firms, and brings that depth of expertise to every client engagement.
Priya has substantial experience in complex, high-value, and multi-jurisdictional disputes, representing clients in litigation and arbitration across a range of sectors and forums. She advises on pre-action strategy, interim relief, enforcement of judgments and awards, and regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, working closely with in-house teams and external counsel to manage risk, exposure, and outcome at every stage.
Her corporate and commercial practice covers the full range of transactional and advisory work, including business sales and acquisitions, management buyouts, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and the commercial contracts that underpin business operations. She acts for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to global organisations, combining transactional precision with a clear understanding of commercial objectives.
Priya also advises on data protection, privacy, and AI governance, with particular expertise in complex, large-scale engagements across highly regulated sectors including technology, healthcare and life sciences, education, and media. Her experience includes advising a US-based data intelligence group on global privacy compliance across a network monitoring and collecting behavioural data insights from over three billion mobile users worldwide through various publishers, advising on Binding Corporate Rules for a multinational group of 296 entities, and designing AI governance frameworks for clients deploying AI in sensitive and regulated environments.

Diana is a UK qualified solicitor with over ten years of experience and a particular interest in immigration law. Throughout her career, she has advised a wide range of businesses and individuals on complex UK immigration matters, delivering clear, practical, and strategic solutions tailored to each client's needs.
Before joining the practice, she worked at a Legal 500 ranked firm as Head of the Immigration Department and Senior Solicitor. In that role, she led a growing team, oversaw high value and high risk matters, and built long standing relationships with corporate and private clients across multiple sectors.
She is particularly passionate about helping businesses navigate the UK's evolving immigration system, from sponsor licence applications and compliance to securing visas for key personnel. Simultaneously, she takes great pride in supporting individuals and families with work visas, settlement, and British citizenship, guiding them through significant life transitions.

Vaibhav Yadav is an India-qualified Associate at Bart Harper, supporting the firm on complex corporate and commercial transactions. Working closely with the UK team, he assists on a broad range of matters, bringing an international perspective shaped by his legal training and experience across jurisdictions. He has completed his Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London.
Vaibhav has also gained valuable advocacy and contentious experience through his work on dispute-related matters, giving him a well-rounded perspective when navigating legal and commercial issues. Called to the Bar by the Inner Temple in 2023, Vasundhara Vaish is a paralegal, accredited civil and commercial mediator, and legal researcher with developing specialisation in data protection, UK GDPR compliance, and the governance of sensitive health and genomic data. She holds dual LLMs in Advanced Advocacy and Medical Law & Ethics, including an LLM from The University of Edinburgh.
Her work experience spans assisting on contentious, regulatory, and advisory matters involving commercial disputes, healthcare regulation, and emerging technologies. She supports work concerning UK GDPR compliance, health data governance, and the regulatory handling of special category data, with particular interest in AI systems, genomic medicine, and data-intensive healthcare environments.
Vasundhara has experience supporting complex and high-value matters through legal research, drafting, procedural strategy, hearing preparation, and dispute resolution support across litigation, international arbitration, mediation, and commercial dispute resolution proceedings. Her contentious experience includes assisting on multi-track litigation involving claims exceeding £1 million, international construction arbitration exceeding £7 million, and franchise and insolvency-related disputes.
Alongside her litigation and advisory support work, she maintains active academic and policy engagement in genomic governance, bioethics, and the interaction between privacy, ethics, and innovation. Her ongoing research focuses particularly on legal approaches to genomic medicine, public trust, and the governance of emerging technologies within highly regulated sectors.
